QHSE Administrator
Pertemps are working with an established Manufacturing business based in Southampton who are recruiting for an QHSE Administrator to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities as an QHSE Administrator
- Maintain QHSE records, databases and reports to ensure accuracy
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Monitor and adherence to health, safety and environmental legislations and ISO Standards
- Track KPI’s, identify trends and recommend improvements to QHSE process
- Schedule meetings, keep minutes
Requirements:
- Proven management system (ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001) and practical experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- IOSH or equivalent is desirable
The QHSE Administrator role:
- Starting Salary of £28,000
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising up to 25 days with length of service)
