Job Description This role plays a key part in ensuring that all changes to asset data are accurately managed, controlled, and fully compliant within CAFM/CMMS systems. You will work closely with engineering, compliance, and operational teams to maintain a high-quality asset register and support overall asset performance and governance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage asset data changes within CAFM/CMMS systems Ensure all updates follow defined change control and governance procedures Validate and implement asset updates in line with SFG20 and statutory requirements Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the asset register Carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and produce supporting documentation Support operational teams where asset changes impact maintenance or work orders Ensure all changes are fully documented and auditable Produce reports on asset changes, data quality, and associated risks Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Experience within asset management, facilities management, or maintenance environments Previous exposure to CAFM, CMMS, or EAM systems Understanding of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Data accuracy and governance mindset Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Ability to manage large volumes of structured data accurately Confident communicator with experience working across multiple stakeholders If you’re a strong CAFM or asset data professional looking to step into a governance-focused role, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career.
