Description :What you’ll be doingConducting all enrolments for learners in engineeringLooking after apprentices studying Engineering providing apprenticeship programme inductions, progress review assurances, training delivery and support servicesAssessing and conducting progress reviews with Royal Navy trainees including going onboard Royal Navy vesselsRemote contact and communication with apprenticesWorking collaboratively with internal and external organisations to facilitate the timely delivery of any qualifications where mandated within the apprenticeship programme.Ensuring all progress reviews, observations, communications, and other information regarding the apprentices are uploaded onto the Management Information System.What we’re looking for:Essential Skills/experience/QualificationsQualification and background in Engineering is essentialExperience of the use of technology to support learning delivery (MS Office )Ability to attain UK SC clearanceDesirable Skills and Experience:Military experience highly desirableHave worked in a role that involves supporting learners within adult learning/education Any knowledge of/or a Marine engineering background would be beneficialAssessing or coaching and mentoring qualifications Experience of working with apprentices would be highly advantageousAbout SelborneSelborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training.
