A globally recognised luxury fashion brand is seeking a Brand Activation & Events Manager to join their European Marketing team on a 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised luxury marketing professional with strong experience delivering premium events, customer activations and omnichannel brand campaigns within fashion, lifestyle, beauty or luxury retail environments.

The Opportunity:
Supporting stores across multiple European markets, you will help bring the brand to life through elevated customer experiences, luxury events and high-impact marketing activations.
You will work cross-functionally with creative, retail, hospitality, operations and external partners to ensure flawless execution across multiple projects in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver luxury events, launches, activations and customer experiences across European markets
• Manage projects end-to-end from creative briefing and planning through to execution and post-event analysis
• Coordinate all event logistics including invitations, branded collateral, gifting, hospitality, AV, vendors, staffing and guest experience
• Partner with internal teams including Creative, Retail, Operations, Legal, Procurement and Hospitality
• Support implementation of print, digital and OOH campaigns across multiple channels
• Assist with seasonal campaign planning and omnichannel content execution
• Manage supplier relationships, budgets, purchase orders and project timelines
• Support post-event reporting, photography assets and campaign performance analysis
• Ensure all activity aligns with luxury brand standards and customer experience expectations
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience within luxury fashion, beauty, retail, lifestyle or premium hospitality brands
• Proven experience executing events, activations or experiential marketing campaigns
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within fast-paced environments
• Confident coordinating agencies, suppliers and external partners
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
