Key Responsibilities :
- Hardware and software troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals, device setup, repairs).
- provide On-site support (non-remote) Ability to work physically on-site and resolve issues in person.
- provide Live AV / Meeting Room Support (Teams rooms, projectors, conferencing systems, troubleshooting AV issues).
- Microsoft tools troubleshooting (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams).
