We’re looking for an experienced Head of Data & Analytics to lead enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, BI, reporting and data platform operations within a fast-paced, transformation-focused organisation.


This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for establishing data as a strategic business capability and building the foundations for advanced analytics, AI and machine learning across the business.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading enterprise data governance, reporting and BI strategy
  • Managing modern data platforms, warehouse/lakehouse environments and Azure data services
  • Delivering executive dashboards, board-level insights and self-serve analytics capabilities
  • Driving data quality, GDPR compliance and governance standards
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams across data engineering, reporting and governance
  • Supporting AI/ML and RAG-ready data foundations
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Commercial and Technology


We’re looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years’ experience in senior Data/BI/Analytics leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, Azure Data Services, SQL and data architecture
  • Deep understanding of data governance, quality and metadata management
  • Experience leading enterprise reporting and analytics transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
  • Knowledge of AI/ML data requirements and modern analytics environments
  • Experience within telecoms, infrastructure or asset-heavy industries is highly desirable
