Our well-established Newark client is looking for a passionate professional to head up Compliance for the company owning end-to-end regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for Health and Safety and Compliance within the company.
• Manage the legal compliance for the transport operation.
• Write and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Drive digital compliance systems and continuous documentation improvements.
• Maintain vehicle and drivers’ legal compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in compliance and background in logistics, transport, or distribution arenas.
• Intermediate Excel and MS Office skills, high attention to detail, and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
• Professional qualifications such as CPC, NEBOSH, IOSH are helpful but not essential.
