The successful individual will be responsible for managing the entire dealership operation, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded, and leading a dedicated team of automotive professionals.

Duties
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of automotive professionals to ensure a high-performance culture
- Oversee sales and after-sales divisions, ensuring divisional targets are achieved or surpassed
- Set and implement financial objectives, growth strategies, and departmental plans
- Drive dealership profitability through effective budget management and performance analysis
- Finalise accurate dealership reporting in line with group and manufacturer requirements
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase visibility and customer engagement
- Ensure exceptional customer service levels and high customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and internal policies
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to drive business growth and operational excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the automotive retail sector, ideally as Head of Business, Dealer Principal, or General Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop personnel
- Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and externally
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and foresight to identify potential issues before they arise
- Calm, professional approach with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Strong understanding of automotive sales, after-sales, and dealership operations
