General Manager

We’re looking for a passionate General Manager to lead our latest new opening, Tattu Canary Wharf!

What You’ll Get Up To

• Natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team
• Responsible for developing teams and implementing initiatives to provide the highest level of operational performance, guest experience and quality
• Highly visible within the business, innovative in your approach and ready to push boundaries
• Demonstrate a deep-rooted understanding of our business. Use this knowledge to constantly strive for ways to improve our brand
• Financially responsible, ensuring not only business growth but financial growth of the site
• Comfortable taking full autonomy of the site and reporting to the directors
• Significant experience with high end restaurants with an in-depth knowledge of the local dining scene
• Openings and project management experience of an operation on a similar scale is essential
