Principal Recruitment Consultant – Change & Transformation

Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 42.5%)

We are hiring an experienced 360 recruiter with proven business development experience and a background in Change & Transformation. This role supports our high‑achieving consultants and allows you to leverage existing relationships to increase earnings.

The person

This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in the change and transformation markets across the UK working on an interim/contract desk.

• Clear and professional communication with clients and candidates
• Ideally you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience with proven business development experience. We are flexible on levelling based on experience.
