  • Define and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and on‑time delivery
  • Drive operational performance across key KPIs such as OEE, OTIF, and inventory turns using data‑led decision‑making and ERP/MRP systems
  • Oversee procurement and logistics to ensure continuity of supply and cost‑effective sourcing
  • Manage operational budgets and capital expenditure, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality
  • Build and lead a high‑performance culture, promoting accountability, safety, and collaboration across multi‑disciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Drive to challenge, improve, and bring fresh thinking to an established business
  • Natural authority with a hands‑on leadership style, building credibility on the shop floor while inspiring confidence at the board level
  • A background in technical manufacturing or industrial environments, with flexibility on sector, although high‑volume food and beverage has not typically aligned with the technical demands of this operation
