Roles & Responsibilities

As a CRM Consultant, you will take ownership of client CRM activity from strategy through to execution and optimisation, working closely with clients to deliver high-performing retention campaigns.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing CRM campaigns across email, automation, and retention channels
  • Building, testing, and optimising automated customer journeys within Klaviyo
  • Creating conversion-focused email copy and supporting the design of engaging templates
  • Managing campaign planning, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment
  • Analysing campaign performance data and presenting insights and recommendations to clients
  • Collaborating with clients on CRM strategy, creative direction, and performance improvements
  • Exploring additional retention channels such as SMS and push notifications
  • Using AI and automation tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and creative output
  • Managing multiple client accounts and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience delivering CRM or email marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for effective email design and user engagement
  • Hands-on experience using Klaviyo is essential
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, curious mindset with an interest in automation and AI-driven marketing tools


Desirable experience:

  • Experience with SMS marketing, push notifications, or mobile CRM channels
  • Agency-side experience managing multiple client accounts
