The Opportunity

A Tier 1, employee‑owned contractor is expanding its Infrastructure division and hiring a Chief Estimator to lead from the front.

You’ll report directly to the Pre‑Construction Director and take ownership of:

• Estimating strategy across multiple large‑scale projects.

This is not a back‑office role.

You are driving how projects are won.

• Full oversight of pre‑construction & estimating performance.
• Bid strategy, risk analysis & cost optimisation.
