With more than five decades of experience in their field, Dennison Commercials has grown steadily to become the region’s exclusive dealer for Volvo Trucks and Buses.

Over the years, Dennison Commercials has expanded its services into a comprehensive “one‑stop shop” for commercial vehicle solutions. Known for its strong customer relationships, technical expertise, and high service standards, Dennison Commercials has built a reputation as a trusted partner within the transport industry.

The business is now looking to appoint a new Operations (Aftersales) Director who will lead and drive the overall performance and efficiency of the Volvo Aftersales team (which includes all parts and service across five depots) within Dennison Commercials, across financial, customer and operational metrics.

The successful candidate will be an experienced aftersales leader with a strong focus on building and nurturing professional relationships, robust commercial acumen and a mindset driven by continuous improvement.

  • Significant experience at a senior level in a multisite, operational leadership role with a focus on driving commercial operations in a safety and compliance conscious environment.
  • Evidence of leading a multisite, multidisciplinary team to consistently deliver against key performance measures.
  • Track record of driving performance through the implementation of enhanced systems and processes.
  • Experience of robustly managing a P&L to drive growth through the effective management of overheads and expenses.
