In this role, you will lead a processing department of around 55 people across production and packing operations, focusing on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, team development, and long‑term strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership to improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and help drive operational performance across the site.
The Role
- Lead a processing and production team within a food manufacturing facility
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Manage production planning, staffing, KPIs, quality, and operational performance
- Develop team leaders and support long‑term site strategy
- Operate fully site‑based within a growing global manufacturer
The Person
- Background in manufacturing, FMCG, or processing environments
- Experience leading teams within a manufacturing or production setting
- Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement mindset
