Head of Marketing

Cast UK are supporting a well-established, market-leading B2B organisation in the search for a commercially focused Head of Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional ready to lead a full-function marketing team while further developing their strategic capability, with a clear pathway toward a future Marketing Director role.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the marketing agenda for a key business division, aligning activity closely with commercial objectives to drive growth, engagement and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimisation of business solutions and value propositions
- Own brand positioning, messaging and multi-channel delivery across B2B audiences
- Develop joint marketing initiatives with key supplier partners
- Oversee CRM strategy, customer segmentation and data-driven campaign execution
- Enhance customer journeys to improve acquisition, retention and cross-sell
- Deliver a programme of high-impact events, including customer and company-led initiatives
About You
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a B2B environment
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing to revenue and profit
- Experience working in a sales-led organisation
- Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and data-driven marketing
- Demonstrable experience managing and developing a team
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions
