  • As Head of Marketing you will connect our evidence-based weight management services to NHS GPs, driving high-quality referrals that directly impact patient outcomes
  • Reporting to the UK Managing Director, this is a strategic and hands‑on role that leads our B2B marketing efforts
  • You will lead, mentor, and influence a broad stakeholder group, including senior NHS leaders, sales and clinical teams, data teams, and external PR and public affairs agencies
  • As a marketing expert and experienced leader, you’ll drive bold, measurable campaigns that advance Oviva’s growth and brand impact
  • Design and execute multi‑channel B2B campaigns that increase NHS GP referrals for Oviva’s tier 3 services
  • Lead data‑driven performance strategies, continuously refining efforts to exceed lead generation KPIs
  • Manage and optimise campaign pipelines using Marketing Cloud Salesforce
  • Collaborate with data teams to deliver insight‑driven strategy reporting
