The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met to Gooey’s high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working hands‑on in‑store, leading by example
- Driving sales and achieving KPIs
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building loyal customers
- Managing daily stock ordering and forecasting
- Minimising waste through accurate forecasting and strong stock control
- Supporting, motivating, and guiding colleague’s on shift
- Ensuring the site is consistently well‑presented and operationally excellent
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and genuinely loves customer interaction.
You will be:
- Highly sales‑driven with a strong commercial mindset
- Passionate about customer service and team leadership
- Confident working hands‑on and managing multiple locations
- Organised, with strong attention to detail around stock and waste control
- Familiar with Excel packages and comfortable using spreadsheets for stock, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Comfortable working shifts (42 hours per week, 5 of 7 days)
- Experienced in retail, hospitality, or kiosk‑style operations (management experience preferred)
- A driving licence is not required, as all kiosks are accessible via public transport
