Senior Estimator

Salary: GBP70000 – GBP70000 per annum + Package

Seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead pricing, tendering, and cost planning across our drylining projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings deep technical knowledge of drylining systems, materials, and commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate tenders, cost plans, and bills of quantities for drylining packages
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Lead value‑engineering discussions and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Oversee junior estimators and support team development
• Work closely with commercial and project delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within drylining or interior fit‑out
• Strong understanding of SFS, partitions, ceilings, and associated systems
• Excellent numeracy, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
