What the job involves

  • As a Digital Analyst based in our UK Hub, you will work closely with the Digital Operations Manager and a Senior Digital Product Analyst to deliver effective digital analytics, SEO, and inbound lead capabilities
  • You will act as a specialist across analytics platforms within our digital ecosystem, supporting their development and day-to-day use
  • This includes tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Contentsquare, SEMrush, and Sprinklr
  • Your insights will help teams understand website and campaign performance, test optimisation ideas, and support continuous improvement
  • Using data, analytics tools and AI, you will create clear, meaningful reports and insights that inform decision-making and support business goals
  • You will also contribute to SEO and related optimisation strategies, working with tagging and analytics methodologies as part of a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • This role involves partnering with teams across the business to deliver reporting and insight that meets stakeholder and customer needs, while supporting sustainable growth
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights from website, campaign and customer behaviour data to support website optimisation and decision-making
  • Configure and maintain website analytics, tagging and tracking to ensure accurate, reliable measurement across digital channels
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance trends, opportunities and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Use analytics tools and approved AI solutions to surface deeper insights, identify patterns and support predictive reporting
  • Support SEO, AEO and GEO performance through data-led reporting, insight and collaboration with content and marketing teams
  • Provide analytics input to support digital marketing and social media performance analysis across platforms
  • Act as a subject matter expert for selected analytics tools, supporting adoption, effective use and continuous improvement
