This is a 3-month internship with the possibility of a full-time role at the end, depending on performance and business needs.

Role Description
You’ll join our close-knit team and work on a key business project focused on analysing property performance and pricing models across our portfolio.
Working alongside experienced colleagues across the business, you’ll help identify where properties are performing well, where improvements can be made, and when pricing changes should be recommended.
Key Responsibiliies
- Analyse property performance data across HostUplift’s short-term rental portfolio.
- Review pricing models and identify areas where pricing could be improved.
- Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps across different properties, locations, and markets.
- Assess when changes should be made to property pricing based on occupancy, revenue, seasonality, market trends, and performance data.
- Prepare clear reports and summaries of your findings for the team.
- Support the development of dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Help identify opportunities to improve revenue, occupancy, and overall property performance.
About You
- A recent graduate from a top-tier UK university with a strong academic background.
- Keen to start or grow a career in data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyse and present data.
- A quick learner who adapts confidently to new tools, systems, and processes.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working across different functions.
