Commercial Property Solicitor

Job Overview

Our brand new client, headquartered in central Liverpool, is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to work full time, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.

Responsibilities

• Managing a broad range of commercial property matters including sales, acquisitions, leases (landlord and tenant), development projects, and property finance.
• Providing strategic advice to clients including SMEs, investors, developers, and commercial landlords/tenants.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property‑related agreements.
• Conducting due diligence and overseeing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments on multi‑disciplinary matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrable experience in handling commercial property matters independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to professional growth and development.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary of approximately £55,000, flexible working consideration, generous holiday leave entitlement, pension, social events, and more.
