£60,000 – £68,000 + Bonus + Hybrid + Progression + Chartership Support – Maidenhead

Be a respected technical expert with a growing consultancy and develop through chartership support and direct progression to the associate level.

Work autonomously to manage projects from the initial stages through to handover and be recognized for your success.

This consultancy has offices in the UK and overseas and works on large-scale, multi-million pound projects across residential and commercial sectors for well‑known clients.

The Role

• Create structural designs for concrete and RC frames.
• Operate in residential and commercial sectors.
• Act as client liaison and manage projects from cradle to grave.
• Work in a hybrid model from a Twyford‑based office.
• Visa sponsorship available.

The Person

• Senior Structural Engineer.
• Experience with large residential or commercial buildings / RC framing.
• Aspiring or able to manage projects from concept to handover.
