Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and divisional ExCo to deliver people strategy aligned to business goals
- Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice across complex employee matters
- Interpret and present HR data/MI to inform decision-making and drive performance
- Support delivery of key programmes including performance management, engagement and culture initiatives
- Contribute to large-scale change, including M&A integration and transformation activity
- Coach and influence senior stakeholders, challenging where appropriate to drive better outcomes
- Work closely with Centres of Excellence (Reward, L&D, TA, ER) to deliver joined-up solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, stepping in for HR leadership where required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience operating as a Senior HRBP in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance people and business priorities
- Comfortable with ambiguity, pace and shifting priorities
- Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Experience of change, transformation and/or M&A activity
- Solid UK employment law knowledge and ER capability
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) preferred
