About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Learning Partner to join The Compleat Food Group’s Capability & Business Readiness team. This is a field-based role focused on delivering high-quality learning and development across multiple sites, ensuring our people capability agenda is embedded consistently and effectively.

You will play a key role in strengthening line manager capability, leadership effectiveness, and the adoption of core people frameworks and tools. Working closely with site leadership teams, you will ensure learning translates into measurable improvements in day-to-day performance.

This role requires flexibility, with frequent travel (including overnight stays) and the ability to support delivery across different shifts, including evenings and nights where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver impactful learning programmes focused on line manager capability, leadership, and soft skills such as communication, coaching, feedback, and conflict management.
  • Facilitate follow-up clinics and reinforcement activity to ensure learning is embedded into workplace behaviours.
  • Drive adoption of key people frameworks, including behaviours frameworks, PDPs, 360 feedback, career conversations, and 9-box models.
  • Support managers in conducting high-quality performance and development conversations.
  • Deliver train-the-trainer and train-the-coach initiatives to build internal capability across sites.
  • Support business transformation and change initiatives by translating strategy into practical, site-level delivery.
  • Develop and implement knowledge transfer strategies, including SME handovers, training materials, and super-user networks.
  • Create engaging and practical learning content tailored to operational environments and shift patterns.
  • Maintain strong feedback loops through observations, listening sessions, and pulse checks to continuously improve learning impact.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of training delivery using learning systems (Cornerstone).
  • Leverage Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Forms) to enhance delivery, reporting, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in training delivery or facilitation within an FMCG, manufacturing, or food environment.
  • Strong capability in delivering leadership and management development programmes.
  • A coaching-led approach with the ability to influence behavioural change in operational settings.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with experience managing delivery across multiple sites.
  • Confident using digital tools and learning platforms (Microsoft 365, Cornerstone or similar).
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
  • L&D qualification and/or CIPD membership (desirable).

  • Delivery of learning programmes to plan across the region.
  • High-quality facilitation evidenced through feedback and observation.
  • Increased consistency and confidence in leadership and management practices.
  • Strong adoption of people frameworks and tools.
