EMEA Onboarding Architect — Customer Success

SEMrush is looking for an Onboarding Consultant for their Customer Success team in London. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new and upgraded customers, ensuring they achieve initial success with Semrush products.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in customer onboarding or related fields, particularly in MarTech or SaaS. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly are essential to excel in this role.
