Job Overview

We are seeking a forward‑thinking engineer with a proven track record of bridging technical expertise, project management and strategic consulting, to transform how organisations engineer and accelerate product development using cutting‑edge digital tools such as Siemens NX and Teamcenter.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and trust with clients, running work packages in complex organisations and defining solutions from vague inputs.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, enabling them to apply their subject‑matter expertise.
• Translate technical capabilities into tangible business value and articulate this to senior stakeholders.
• Drive progress and deliver solutions that accelerate engineering across the full value stream.

  • Experience in digital engineering transformation, systems integration, tool configuration, design process optimisation, data management, and advanced workflow design.

  • Technical consulting approach and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Understanding of digital transformation methodologies and performance metric development.
  • Technical solution selling and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional delivery and team leadership.

Requirements and Conditions

• All roles require a level of security clearance: BPSS, Security Clearance or Developed Vetting.
• The role requires sole UK nationality for clearance purposes.
• Location: Anywhere in the UK with flexibility to spend 2–3 days per fortnight in Barrow (hybrid role).
