  • We are seeking a Talent Recruitment Manager to support the continued growth of Axiom’s legal talent business in London and the broader EMEA region
  • This is a manager‑level individual contributor role with meaningful autonomy and impact, operating at the intersection of talent strategy, stakeholder advisory, and candidate experience
  • Through innovative and thoughtful talent acquisition strategies, you will play a critical role in building and sustaining a high‑quality pipeline of legal talent aligned to Axiom’s client demand and long‑term growth plans
  • You will partner closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders while delivering a best‑in‑class experience for candidates
  • This role offers the opportunity to help shape Axiom’s presence in the UK market while working alongside a collaborative, high‑performing global Talent team
  • Executing against Axiom’s legal talent acquisition strategy in the UK, including the identification, assessment, and attraction of high‑calibre legal talent through both traditional and creative sourcing channels
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for lawyer and legal professional candidates, managing the full‑cycle recruitment process while ensuring a positive, transparent, and efficient candidate experience
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by providing insight into market trends, talent availability, pipeline health, and recruitment progress
