Salt are partnering with a global media-led organisation and are looking for a Marketing Manager to join on a contract basis. Start Date: ASAP. Duration: 3 Months.
This is a senior Marketing Manager role responsible for leading marketing strategy, delivery and team performance within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
You’ll provide clear leadership across marketing activity, ensuring alignment to commercial goals, revenue targets and brand positioning. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll take ownership of cross-channel planning, paid media performance, CRM strategy and brand-led marketing initiatives.
The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You’ll manage and develop a high-performing team, optimise budgets, and use data and insight to continuously improve marketing effectiveness. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening operational processes, stakeholder engagement and marketing capability at a regional level.
Responsibilities
- Lead and align marketing activity to broader business, revenue and brand objectives
- Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team through coaching and clear direction
- Own paid media performance across major digital channels, including agency and partner relationships
- Oversee marketing budget management, driving efficiency and measurable ROI
- Provide strategic oversight of channel planning across digital, CRM and lifecycle marketing
- Lead CRM and email optimisation, including segmentation, automation and customer journeys
- Champion data-led decision making to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Establish clear processes, ways of working and prioritisation frameworks to support scale
- Act as a senior marketing partner to commercial and revenue stakeholders, communicating performance and strategy with confidence
- Ensure marketing activity strengthens brand equity and delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior Marketing Manager role within a consumer-focused or media-led environment
- Strong background across paid media, digital marketing and CRM/lifecycle programmes
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams in high-pressure environments
- Confident managing sizeable budgets and driving performance against commercial targets
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering at senior leadership level
- Highly organised, delivery-focused and comfortable stepping in quickly to drive results
