  • As Area Vice President – EMEA, you'll sit at the heart of nCino's growth story in one of the most strategically important regions in our business
  • This is a leadership role with real scope: you'll own revenue outcomes across assigned EMEA territories while building and developing a high-performing sales team capable of landing and expanding some of the most complex deals in the financial technology space

  • Identify and engage customer 'mobilisers' and build consensus across key stakeholder groups
  • Manage complex sales cycles – mapping decision‑making processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts, and closing business
  • Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline, sharing best practices and developing team capability
  • Collaborate closely with nCino's global system integration partners on strategic programmes and new opportunity development
