With a network of over 200 professionals across 9 offices and a turnover exceeding 20 million, this employee‑owned practice continues to grow through its commitment to design excellence, collaboration, and client‑focused delivery.
The practice delivers award‑winning projects across a wide range of sectors including Education, Residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Transport, and Leisure. Current projects focus on varying Education projects (£1m‑£40m) and large‑scale Healthcare projects (up to £400m). Experience within either sector would be beneficial but not essential.

Job Overview
- Produce effective working drawing packages with minimum supervision
- Advise on environmental and building regulatory requirements affecting the project
- Carry out Designer Risk Assessments (CDM)
- Co‑ordinate with other consultants/colleagues, disseminate information to team members and negotiate with statutory bodies
- Work on a range of exciting Healthcare & Education projects
- Ensure compliance with design, legal, statutory and professional requirements
- Co‑ordinate detailed design information
- Liaise with and produce documentation for statutory and local approval authorities
- Use latest Revit Level 2 BIM processes
- Programme work schedules and carry out inspections at various stages
Job Requirements
- Architectural Technologist with minimum 5 years’ experience
- Demonstrable experience in leading the delivery of production packages
- Good knowledge of Revit with at least three years’ continual use in practice as the primary design/delivery tool
- Good knowledge of UK Construction and Building Law
- Live within a commutable distance of Shrewsbury
