Senior M365 Dynamics CRM Support & Development Consultant

Full-time. Department: Services Reliability Group.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for business development, solution design and development, and contributing to the growth of our Microsoft capability. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Planning, designing, delivering, and supporting Dynamics solutions – either through custom development or by using out‑of‑the‑box Dynamics features.
  • Planning upgrades and migrations, and providing consult, develop, and support services across product support, development, demonstrations, analysis, and implementation.
  • Applying technical skills, creativity and customer focus to help customers maximize the value of their Microsoft Dynamics implementation.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM platform and its core technologies.
  • Hands‑on experience developing Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and integrations using .NET.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Dynamics 365 Customer Experience modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and engage clients effectively.
  • Experience working within a managed services environment.
  • Some experience in an applications management, support or development role.
  • Strong working knowledge of IT service management practices, SLAs, and ITIL‑aligned processes.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to scope, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and deliverables.
