- To resolve any guest complaints calmly and promptly.
- Ensure all team members are delivering a great guest experience, whilst upselling where possible.
- To retain excellent product knowledge of both food and beverage offerings

- Maintain accurate records of Health and Safety, Food Safety and orders.
