We are a growing business and are now looking for a Hot Tub Manager to lead and manage our team of 12 hot tub assistants. Full training will be provided.

What you will be doing
This is a hands‑on role where you will work outdoors in all weathers. You will manage a team of helpers to keep all our hot tubs in compliance, ensuring correct water levels, safety and efficient operation.
Skills, experience, and qualities you will need.
- High standard for cleanliness and presentation
- Experience of leading and developing a team of people
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Passion for developing and improving your team
- Excellent understanding of health & safety and compliance with H&S guidelines
- Open to learning
- Driving licence is necessary
- Take pride in your role and lead by example
Nice to have but not essential.
- Experience of hot tub operation and servicing
One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work on bank holidays too.
