Location: Bicton
Salary: CC30, £25,050.48 FTE*, term‑time only salary calculation: pro‑ratio salary £14,842.80 plus holiday pay £2,169.33, total pro‑ratio salary £17,012.13, £14.92 per hour.
Terms & Conditions: Part Time, Term Time Only (30 hours per week/38 weeks per year), Support Contract

About the Role
Based at our Bicton campus, we are looking for an Engagement and Progression Officer to help our students have a fantastic experience on campus. These roles will provide a range of support and undertake positive interventions to support learners on campus.
They will help students to overcome barriers to engage with their educational studies and progress onto their next steps. The post‑holder will work with students and staff to develop, manage and supervise a programme of enrichment and personal development activities as well as work in our student social space to engage with our learners.
Skills & Experience
Applicants should have experience of working with young adults. The post holder will support learners with a range of pastoral, welfare and safeguarding related issues. The candidate should have a sound understanding of the importance of safeguarding and be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
