Grade D – £45,091 – £53,460 per annum
Consultation grade – subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
Working 36.50 hours per week
About the Role
We’re looking for a Benefits Sector Manager to lead our high-profile Supported Accommodation Housing Benefit Team within the country’s largest local authority.
This is a hands‑on manager role for someone who thrives on pace, complexity and challenge. The position will drive performance, improve outcomes, and work in partnership with colleagues and partners to improve this critical public service.

Qualifications
Proven experience of housing and legislative knowledge is essential for this role.
Working Environment
This is a hybrid working role and onsite attendance is subject to service needs.
