Responsibilities
- Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care.
- Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards.
- Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not present.
- Managing stock, supporting deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene.
- Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud.
- Having fun while doing it all.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
