Public Transport Projects Lead ENCTS & Bus Innovation

Essex County Council is looking for a Transport Project Lead for a hybrid role based in Chelmsford. This position is central to planning and delivering passenger transport projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will manage the ENCTS bus pass scheme and oversee public transport delivery, collaborating with various stakeholders.
