This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the full customer journey, ensuring exceptional service delivery from contract signing through installation, commissioning, and long‑term support. You will play a key role in bridging customers, engineering teams, operations, and commercial delivery, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

The Role:

  • Own and improve the full customer journey from contract signing through installation, commissioning, and long‑term support.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear, proactive communication throughout each project.
  • Coordinate technical site visits and work closely with engineering and operations teams to align customer requirements.
  • Track project delivery progress, ensuring smooth handovers between commercial, engineering, and installation teams.
  • Support the resolution of technical and operational issues, ensuring timely escalation and closure where needed.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in customer experience, account management, or service delivery within a technical environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for customers.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally to customer sites.
