This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the contract with accurate, timely, and meaningful data. Your analysis will help us monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver a high‑quality service to our client. You will also support our sustainability goals by using digital automation, reducing waste, and improving resource efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop reports and dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance monitoring.
  • Support ad‑hoc data requests from operational teams and management.
  • Enhance GIS mapping tools to support contract tracking, clash detection, and planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and innovation capture.
  • Promote a data‑driven culture across the team and provide support where needed.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure programming data is up to date.
  • Use digital tools for contract information and clash detection.
  • Streamline processes to improve programming and productivity.
  • Support digital tools such as PowerApps and SharePoint.
  • Assist with dynamic planning to maximise operational efficiency.
  • Support ongoing improvements within the team.
  • Build digital capability across the wider team.
