Title: Data Analyst

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the contract with accurate, timely, and meaningful data. Your analysis will help us monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver a high‑quality service to our client. What You’ll Do
- Develop reports and dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance monitoring.
- Support ad‑hoc data requests from operational teams and management.
- Enhance GIS mapping tools to support contract tracking, clash detection, and planning.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and innovation capture.
- Promote a data‑driven culture across the team and provide support where needed.
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure programming data is up to date.
- Use digital tools for contract information and clash detection.
- Streamline processes to improve programming and productivity.
- Support digital tools such as PowerApps and SharePoint.
- Assist with dynamic planning to maximise operational efficiency.
- Support ongoing improvements within the team.
- Build digital capability across the wider team.
