Hybrid Home Condition Surveyor – North East

Home Group Limited is looking for a Home Condition Surveyor to conduct surveys across our rented properties in the North East. The role involves ensuring up-to-date records of housing conditions and collaborating with Maintenance Surveyors. Candidates should have an HND/HNC or equivalent experience in construction and good knowledge of housing repairs and data collection.
