• Working alongside the store manager to reach personal goals and goals for your store
• Mentor team and connect with customers
• Expand professional skill set in luxury retail and cosmetics

About you

• Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader within retail or hospitality

• Decision making and problem-solving skills
