My client is looking to add a ServiceNow Architect to their team to help deliver new processes, features and improvements across the platform. We are looking for experience in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation.

Responsibilities

• Leading the overall design of large-scale ServiceNow applications, delivering high-value technical solutions.
• Managing upgrade cycles and implementing new functionalities to enhance user experience.
• Continuously improving ServiceNow capabilities and proposing integrations with other tools.
• Running architecture governance processes, shaping the architectural strategy to align with business objectives.
• Delivering on ITIL processes and ServiceNow solutions.
• Working closely with stakeholders, team members, and clients, offering expert input and guiding junior members.
• Participating in Design Authority meetings to review and approve technical solutions.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge and experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation.
• Experience and knowledge with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – advantageous.
• Experience in an enterprise environment with multiple integration points
