EDM Programmer (Progression To Applications Engineer) – £40,000‑£45,000 + 50K OTE + Progression + Company Car + Training + Bonus + Door To Door Pay

Are you an EDM Programmer looking to advance to an Applications Engineer role? We offer a competitive salary package with ample overtime, door‑to‑door pay, a fully funded company car and tailored in‑house training.

About the Company

We are a leading distributor of Makino and Okuma machine tools, recognised for our training and development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer training on machine programming, operation and maintenance
• Deliver turnkey solutions to customers
• Perform test cuts, demos and exhibitions
• Balance 60/40 between office work and site visits (company car provided)
• Work 8 am‑4 pm Monday‑Friday, 37.5 hrs per week, with overtime available

Qualifications

• EDM programmer experience
• Desire to become an EDM Applications Engineer
