The organisation is looking for a Sales Lead to define go-to-market strategy and manage the full sales cycle within the AI data centre and GPUaaS space, converting qualified leads into long-term client partnerships with support from a dedicated SDR team.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for the new GPUaaS division, specifically focusing on how to monetize the 4MW capacity quickly and efficiently.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), such as AI startups, LLM training labs, rendering farms, and enterprises seeking private cloud GPU instances.
  • Work with leadership to define competitive pricing models (reserved instances, spot, on-demand) that maximize the utilization of the 4MW power capacity.
  • Translate technical data centre specs into compelling commercial value propositions that address the current GPU shortage in the market.
  • Own the entire sales process from initial discovery calls and technical demonstrations to contract negotiation, redlining, and final signature.
  • Maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring that all opportunities are qualified, tracked in the CRM, and moving toward closure at a steady cadence.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, CTOs, and Heads of Infrastructure at prospect companies to secure long-term, high-value contracts.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasting and performance metrics to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency on the uptake of the 4MW power pool.
  • Act as the primary bridge between the Sales department and the Data Centre Operations team to ensure the technical deployment matches the promises made during the sales process.
  • Maintain a feedback loop with the data centre team regarding power and rack space availability to ensure the sales strategy is aligned with current technical capacity.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new clients from the sales phase to the provisioning and onboarding phase, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction from day one.

Skills/Must Have

  • Extensive experience selling GPUaaS or data centre space to neocloud providers
  • Experience setting up GTM from scratch and building out the sales team
  • A sales leader, someone who is willing to lead from the front and drive new business

Location & Working Pattern

  • 3x Days Per Week In Blackfriars

Salary

  • £120,000 (basic) + 100% OTE
