RoleOverview

Weareseekingan experiencedCNCMiller/Programmer/Setter tojoinourdynamic

team.ThesuccessfulcandidatewillhaveastrongbackgroundinCNCmillingoperations,

withtheabilitytoprogram,set,andoperatearangeofmachines,ensuringcomponentsare

producedtothehigheststandardsofqualityandaccuracy.

KeyResponsibilities

• Program,set,andoperateCNCmillingmachinesusing Fanuc,Heidenhain,and Siemenscontrols (experiencewith Mazatrol ishighlyadvantageous).
• Workon 3,4,and5-axismachiningcentres ,producingcomplex,high-precision components.
• Readandinterpretdetailedengineeringdrawings,ensuringdimensionalaccuracyand compliancewithcustomerrequirements.
• Machineawidevarietyofmaterials,including exoticalloysandhardmetals ,to tighttolerances.
• Conductqualitychecksusingappropriate metrologyandinspectionequipment , following AS9100 and first-offinspection procedures.
• Maintainproductionefficiencyandqualitythroughadherenceto 6S and Lean manufacturing practices.
• Collaboratewithproduction,engineering,andqualityteamstoresolvetechnicalor process-relatedissues.
• Workindependentlytomanageworkloadswhilecontributingeffectivelyaspartofa team.

KeySkills&Experience

• Minimum 5years’experience asaCNCMiller/Programmer/Setter.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and toolpath optimisation.
• Provenexperiencewithin Aerospace,Oil&Gas,orAutomotive manufacturing environments.
• Excellentattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoprecision.
• Knowledgeof AS9100standards andqualityassuranceprocedures.
• Self-motivatedwithstrongproblem-solvingskills.
• Experiencewithofflineprogrammingsoftware(e.g.Mastercam,Edgecam,orFusion 360).
• Understandingofprocessimprovementinitiatives.
