At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalized, clinically effective care accessible to everyone.
Our digital programmes support people living with weight related illnesses. While weight loss is a goal for many, our approach is about so much more: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.
We’ve already supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and Poland – and we’re just getting started. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future. Join us, and be part of the team making that future possible.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior BI and Data Analyst to join our UK team. You’ll support teams across Product, Commercial, Operations, and more by delivering meaningful insights that guide smarter decisions. You’ll also lead key UK-focused data initiatives, shaping how we measure success and deliver better outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-quality dashboards and analytics to support UK operations
- Build scalable models in dbt aligned to our enterprise data model
- Lead deep-dive analyses and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Champion best practices in data storytelling, self-service BI, and standardisation
- Contribute to OKRs and transformation initiatives that advance our mission
About You
- Strong SQL skills and analytical mindset
- Experienced with data visualisation tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Proficient in dbt and familiar with cloud environments (e.g. BigQuery)
- Exceptional communicator with a knack for making data accessible
- Proactive, adaptable, and driven to deliver value
- You’ll likely have a degree in a quantitative field (like Mathematics, Data Science, or Engineering), or equivalent hands‑on experience in data analytics. Certifications in BI tools or cloud platforms are a plus
What we offer
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in revolutionizing healthcare
- Exciting and rewarding role in the high-growth environment
- Training and development opportunities, with a personal learning allowance
- We provide a home working allowance to enable you to set up your workspace in a way which suits you
- Competitive Salary & company pension
- Enhanced Maternity, Paternity & adoption leave
