Project Manager (Fire Security)
£50,000 – £55,000 + Progression + Car + Company Benefits
Location: Upminster
You will manage your own projects in the fire security sector, primarily site‑based with weekly office visits. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, reviewing pipework routes and health‑and‑safety management, overseeing project financials, and delivering high‑end fire protection solutions to residential, commercial and industrial clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial fire protection projects from concept to completion.
- Lead site surveys, analyse pipework routes and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting and cost control.
- Maintain clear communication with high‑end clients and internal teams.
- Work predominantly site‑based, visiting the office one day a week (Monday‑Friday, 8am‑4pm).
Qualifications
- Project Manager or similar role with a background in fire security.
- Experience in designing, installing and maintaining fire sprinkler and firefighting systems.
- Strong project management and financial oversight skills.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
