The Role
- Lead audits from planning through to completion
- Prepare statutory accounts for a wide range of clients
- Work with SMEs and owner-managed businesses across multiple sectors
- Support and review junior team members
- Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
About You
- At least 3+ years’ experience within UK accountancy practice
- Strong experience across both audit and accounts preparation
- Good understanding of UK accounting standards and compliance
- Experience managing or contributing to a varied client portfolio
- Confident communication skills and proactive mindset
