The Students’ Union Arts team are looking for Duty Managers to support shows and events at The Edge across the academic year. • Making sure the spaces are safe and ready for shows and conducting pre- and post-show checks. Reporting relevant feedback to the SU staff team
  • Briefing the Ushers and other crew on event needs
  • Upholding Health & Safety requirements and responding to any emergencies that may occur and overseeing evacuations, in coordination with Security and Campus Services
  • Communication and coordination with the Social Enterprise team for the refreshments offer including taking payments and stock control
  • Helping to oversee additional non-theatre events to make sure they work smoothly and safely, working with Event Organisers
